Run Coaching
Training sessions are provided by qualified coaches to help you maximise your training time. Anyone who is interested in finding out more is encouraged to come along and chat to a coach and trial a training session.
Run Sessions
Coached sessions that focus on speed, endurance and technique and are suitable for runners of all abilities.
Tuesday 6:30-7:30pm at Sandrigham Athletics Club (Glamis Ave, Highett)
Thursday 6:30-7:30pm at Bayside Triathlon Clubrooms (Hampton Foreshore, Hampton) November to April and Duncan McKinnon May to October.
Weekend sessions vary,
Swim Squads
Coached sessions that focus on speed, endurance and technique and are suitable for swimmers of all abilities with access to 2-4 lanes in a heated 50m pool.
Monday 6:15-7:30pm
Tuesday 5:45-7:15am
Wednesday 6:15-7:30pm
Friday 5:45-7:15am
All sessions are based at GESAC (200 East Boundary Rd, Bentleigh East Mel 68 K12).
Swim Coaching

Personal Programs and Private Lessons
Small group and private lessons, as well as swim programs can also be provided.
Video Swim Analysis
Video Swim Analysis can be provided which includes both above and below the water footage, technical feedback and analysis. A copy of video can be provided with continuing feedback on pool deck re-enforced through group coaching sessions.
Video Swim Analysis starts from $15 per person for session when done immediately following a group session (maximum of 2 people per session).
